Can't find yours? Message us on WhatsApp and a person will reply.
Is China safe for foreign travelers?
Yes. China's big cities have very low rates of street crime, and travelers often tell us they felt safer walking at night than at home. Your guide and driver accompany you on sightseeing days, and our support desk is reachable 24/7.
Do I need a visa?
It depends on your passport. Many nationalities can now visit for up to 30 days without a visa, and citizens of 57 countries can use 240-hour visa-free transit. Send us your nationality and route and we'll confirm what applies to you.
Can I use my credit card in China?
Large hotels and some shops accept Visa and Mastercard, but most payments are by phone. Link your card to Alipay or WeChat Pay before you leave; our guide walks you through it.
Will Google and WhatsApp work?
Not on Chinese Wi-Fi or local SIM cards. A travel eSIM bought before you fly uses roaming data and keeps them working. We send recommendations with your travel documents.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel up to 60 days before departure for a full refund of your deposit. Inside 60 days a sliding scale applies, set out in full before you pay. We recommend travel insurance on every trip.
